Two avatar related site issues I see since last night:
1) When I'm logged in, my avatar within comments is gone and replaced with a message that says 'upload avatar'. When I'm logged out my avatar appears normally.
2) In some of my browsers (including Chrome and Firefox) everyone's avatar has shrunk to a tiny size compared to the size of text, although this isn't an issue with IE8.

I noticed that issue too when I tried to change my avatar like 3 months ago.

Yes - I thought it was just me. My avatar says "upload avatar" and everyone else's appears smaller, except for thread OPs; if that's a new feature, I actually like it. FWIW, I'm using Maxthon 4.

I am having the same issue. To everyone above that posted, I can still see your avatar. Maybe we just can't see our own anymore?
Yeah, that's how it is for me as well. Pretty sure it's a bug, don't see what would be the point of having it be that way intentionally.
We decreased the height of the avatars by ~30% in order to make comments with 1 line of text less tall.
We also fixed the "Upload Avatar" bug you mentioned before, so if you have an avatar already uploaded, you should not see this version...sorry about that.

Strangely, I'm still having the avatar bug which won't let me change it.

Looks like its fixed now. You have to refresh your cache.
I take that back, avatar issues are still there, same as before.
For some reason, my avatar inexplicably changed back to a previous one. Does WSO pull the avatar images from linked social media?
Lol, WSO is not quite Big Brother...yet.
The avatars just haven't been working properly for a while, I guess they're busy with other things. Maybe they'll get fixed one day, who knows.
