AXA Equitable Rotation Program

Anyone familiar with it? Applied to just apply and got an interview. Wondering if it's worth going for.
Quick description:
MRP associates are exposed to a broad set of disciplines in FPWM’s business areas. Associates develop specific knowledge of customer needs, product offerings, sales models, people management and business financials. Rotations can be within Financial Protection, Business Development & Strategy, AXA Advisors Sales & Operations or the broker dealer.

Thanks guys

TheKid1:

Sounds like a sales job, where you cold-call and try to sell people insurance.

Are you a senior in college or out of college? Might not be worth pursuing because its essentially a sales a job.

If your a Freshmen or Sophomore in college then its not bad for an internship.

What I figured, thanks.

Find out more: is it a salaried position? If they were hiring you as a broker trainee or insurance salesman, they'd say so. I'd know, I interviewed for the job years ago before I knew better. This job, however, sounds like a rotation within the central offices and could be very interesting.

Get busy living

Dear Pienaar21,

The program is not a sales position and does not include any cold calling. AXA Equitable's Management Rotation Program (MRP) provides an accelerated career path designed to develop talented individuals into future leaders. This entry-level, FT program includes three six-month rotations each within our life and savings business areas.

The program places candidates in key business units such as our strategic initiatives group, wealth management and financial protection. Following the completion of the program, candidates transition into permanent roles that best suit their personality and career aspirations.

Have a great day!

Whitney, AXA Equitable
