Career Resources
last 3 worldwide managing directors (don't know if that's the right term) have come from the SF office. by all accounts it's a well-run, prolific office.
.
do u maybe know the scale? how does it compare to boston? i wouldnt want to work in a tiny office
are you going through on campus recruiting?
i've visited the office but i don't really have great scale numbers. last year's incoming analyst class was ~20 (or marginally higher) I think, but I have no idea where that sits in relation to other offices or firms?
A quick look at bain's website shows that boston is indeed the biggest office. SF/palo alto (collectively Bain bay area) have 300 people, and my understanding is that the huge, huge majority are in SF. Doesn't sound like a small office.

Hey Prospector,
For someone smart enough to get all these amazing offers that I could never get, you're really indecisive and dumb.
manbearpig! i am indecisive that's why I'm on this forum. I just dont wanna wake up one day at 35 and feel like im in the wrong industry so....cut me some slack
Lol I'm just fucking with you bro. Hope you figure it all out. Like I said in the PM though, I would go with trading. It's a lot more baller than consulting.
Big office. Fun culture. They may travel a lot for Bain, but not a lot compared to BCG/McKinsey SF.
