BAML, DB, BARC, CS.... for FT IBD...
How would you rank them w/ a generalist offer for FT IBD analyst? Or unclear w/out looking at specific groups?

impossible you have an offer at all 4, just wait..
Have offers at 2
Broadstbully is right - there's no point of us comparing CS vs BAML if you only have offers at DB and Barclays (just as an example). Wait until you have your offers lined up and a better idea of which groups you'd likely get placed in so that this conversation can be more constructive.
All that being said, congrats on the offers.
Very tough without groups but personally I'd view this as BAML/CS (group dependent) > Barclays > DB
At the same time, I'd choose DB LevFin over a weak group at Barclays. Or CS Sponsors over a weak BAML group. etc. etc.
Ask HR which groups are actually hiring and what number. By now all summers should have accepted/declined their offers so HR will have visibility as to what groups are taking analysts and which are full. Then make your decision.
a bit curious about your ranking. CS has been getting hit hard, and they've dropped on league tables (lowest of all of these), Barclays has just had an incredible number of senior people leave the firm and am surprised that they're still afloat and doing well in the league tables, I'd imagine that this would end soon. DB is doing fine, and BAML is doing well. I'd say if you can get into one of Sponsors, M&A, or Lev Fin at DB, you're best off taking that offer over all of these other than perhaps BAML M&A (I don't believe sponsors/lev fin coverage there is as strong).
BAML has several strong groups that would be my #1 in this scenario. Best Lev Fin and C&R on the street, great M&A, and great healthcare.
It may be that in a year or two DB is stronger than Barclays/CS. As of now, CS and Barclays are stronger. Few banks are really scaling back right now because M&A activity is increasing. But yes, DB may have more longevity, and it does have a great Lev Fin group.
