Baruch vs NYU

I'm currently at a large financial firm and looking into a masters in either economics or finance. If I go to Baruch my company will pay for it. If I go to NYU, They'll pay about half.

Any opinions?

I'm leaning toward Baruch b/c I already have name recognition from my current employer. Also I'd be happy to stay with my current company. Just want to move up.

I'm an undergraduate Baruch student (so not exactly the person you wanted advice from), but I just joined WSO and the first post I saw was yours, so I figure I'd make my first comment.

Many people come to Baruch to save on the tuition. Your company is willing to pay half of NYU's but that still leaves you with over 30K out of pocket.. If you are already in the industry and have contacts, I would say come to Baruch! It might not be as known as Stern, but in NYC it has a decent reputation. I hope you make the best decision for your situation! If I can help you out with anything (maybe personally asking a question on campus??) PM me and I'd be happy to assist.
