BB 2nd Round Interview
I received an email a little more than 2 weeks ago about the interview process for a BB. At the conclusion, it stated
"All candidates will be informed whether they have advanced to final rounds by Monday, February 20. Final round interviews will take place Friday, February 24 in our New York office."
So today (2.20) I should have heard something. I had my phone interview last Wednesday (2.15) and haven't heard anything back.
Does the language in the above email mean that regardless of whether I'm selected or not, I will hear back? Or does this mean I will hear back only if I am selected for the final round superday?
Also, today was a bank holiday and was told by someone at the firm that HR was not there today. Would they be the ones reaching out to me?
I may be overthinking this way too much, but any help would be appreciated. FWIW, one of the phone interviewers told me he moved my application forward to the next step, but he wasn't sure about the other interviewer.
Help? Advice?

You should have heard by now.
You should have heard by now. 4 days is hardly enough time to schedule flights, hotels, etc... I don't think you got it man. Sorry
Check your spam folder. All
Check your spam folder. All the emails from one BB go to my spam folder 95% of the time. And you could send an email around noon tomorrow asking, if they said they would let you know by today.

Of all my super days, the most days I was given to schedule my traveling was 2 days. Maybe I was unlucky or something, but every single one of my super days were scheduled on the very last minute.
That's just how it works.
That's just how it works. All the banks let you know at the very last second.
To answer the question, you likely didn't get the superday. More often than not, Banks don't even bother calling or emailing unless you got the next round. Kind of rude, but that's how the game works.

You should have heard by now. You might want to follow up with your interviewers or anyone you know at the firm. You never know
