BB Corporate Banking Super day

I've got a super day for corporate banking coming up and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction in terms of what I should be reviewing and what kinds of technical questions I could be asked

You'll get standard technicals plus know the different types of debt.

Revolver, Term A, Term B, Senior, Subordinated, Mezzanine.

Robert Clayton Dean: What is happening? Brill: I blew up the building. Robert Clayton Dean: Why? Brill: Because you made a phone call.

The main technical questions I got were how to evaluate a company's creditworthiness, basic financial statement analysis and which financial statement is most important for credit analysis and why. Only about 1/3 of each of my interviews were technical.

Also, have a good answer to why you want to go into corporate banking. All of my interviewers asked why CB and not IB. Best of luck, relax, and just try to have a nice conversation with the interviewer.

So all in all, you guys would say a solid understanding of everything in the WSO technical finance guide (maybe not so much currencies, Options/derivatives and M&A), but focus on bonds/interest rates sections and have a good answer for "Why CB for you? Why you for CB?"
