BB Healthcare
Just got randomly curious about this as I've been working at a middle market ($50 - $300 mm) bank for healthcare M&A.
Do BB's healthcare groups also handle middle-market size of deals often? Someone just told me that they do as there're many middle market size deal opportunities in healthcare given the nature of the industry.
Thanks in advance.
Wouldn't you know this if you work in MM HC M&A? Who do you pitch / bakeoff against? Why not just do a quick capiq run for HC deals between 50 and 300M and have outputs for buyer/seller financial advisers? I find it hard to believe you work in the industry yet ask this question.
HC is a market driven by the middle-sized companies and transactions. There are only so many Pfizer's.
