Maybe boutiques? I don't think BB's really place too much of a preference on that. BB's only care about SEO and minority hires. Perhaps boutiques can let you sell that story.
MS and GS gobble up ex-varsity athletes... I don't know if the same holds true for ex-military but I would think as a marine you would have many of the qualities they like in athletes.
