BlackRock or AllianceBernstein? (FT)

Got an offer from AllianceBernstein's Fixed Income Rotational Program and I think I'll take it - very interested in investment research and they'll be letting me do a lot of that in this gig. portfolio management rotation also included.

The question is, should I hold out for BlackRock? Just got final rounds with their Client Businesses group (Financial Institutions) for Relationship Management. I interned there last summer in a different division & location (turned down return offer due to personal reasons) so I'm familiar with the firm & recruiters.

Please take these into consideration:

1) I'm considering an MBA down the line (aiming for INSEAD, LBS, M7) would BlackRock's bigger name matter?
2) I'm interested in working in EMEA (preferably London), but I will start in New York.

If I took BLK, I'd try to transfer to an investment group. At AB, I believe I'd be groomed to start in one directly.
Your opinions please?

Culture is a tough criterion, I had a great time with BLK and clicked really well with AB during the superday.
Compensation from what I can tell will probably be roughly equal, but that's not that important to me as long as there are no surprises.

Would really appreciate if you could give me a thought or two - want to start my career on the right foot :)
