Bloomberg Terminal & Data mining

Hi Everyone
I have finally for the first time sat down in front of a Bloomberg terminal, and I must say I am quite impressed - talk about "BIG DATA", but of course as many of you probably also experienced Your first time - it can be tricky to get what you want.

In my case I am trying to retrieve FX spot (historical) data from 31.01.1996 - 31.12.2013 for lets say the cross AUD/USD. My problem is that I would like to get the data in weekly rates, and when I choose weekly it automatically sets it to friday. Specifically I would like the Wednesday quotes, but how do I get these ??
