So, the first realization of the paradigm shift in EU banking has occurred. UBS seems just to be the first BB to begin compliance with the new bonus structure.

Does anyone understand the structure of UBS to know what will happen if this hedge fund fails to produce as it used to (read: I havent analyzed the 10k)?

Will EU fail to compete with other financial centers now or will we see a shift to more nimble institutions across the Atlantic?
