breaking into ER

I would like to break into ER as a software analyst...

I am really passionate about software and software companies. I feel like I know a lot about software companies and can predict the future for this sector...

However, I am fresh out of undergrad....only have internship experiences at software companies....and I don't have a strong accounting/finance background (I have no clue how to do statement analysis or modeling, but i am willing to learn)

I know that ER is hard to break into, but if there were software analyst opportunities, do you think anyone would hire me as a Junior Software Analyst? (given my lack of accounting and finance background?)
