Bridgewater Research Data Analyst

What do you guys know about the Research Data Analyst position or the Research Department at Bridgewater?

What's the typical career track for someone starting as a Research Data Analyst? Any idea on compensation?

Also, from what I've read, the Research division is in charge of creating all the trading strategies. How does one work his/her way to this kind of position (with or without further education)?

NYC HERE I FCUKING COME.

I passed my phone screening with their HR rep last week and was asked to come in for an in-house interview for their data analyst position. They said they were taking a pretty decent-sized class of junior people starting in September. Anyway, is this next in-house interview going to be the last and "final round" interview in teh process? What should I expect? How shoudl I prepare? I've never had a final round interview at a HF before (only IB) and I am a recent graduate.
