Broke into sell-side from back office operations
Seeking some career advice. I broke into an ER role at a well-known research platform.18 months into the role, and I feel like moving away from ER.
I feel this primarily because I realized that my lead analyst doesnt actually care about a significant chunk of his coverage stocks and also because some of the analysis we do is very very fluffy (way too many assumptions). At this point, I wonder what would be the best move for me?
