Hey everyone I am trying to come up with a topic that I will really want to dig deep in.....that is relevant to what I want to do-Trading

The class is for Business Law and the assignment is:
The project will be research of a legal topic of personal interest to the student and
relevant to business law. The research project is to focus on a legal problem that the CEO of a company would face.
I am thinking of doing something related to the SEC or possibly the effect of black box algorithms competing against retail investors......
