Career Advice - Altium Capital/Lincoln International vs. Société Générale /BNP Paribas/HSBC

Hi guys,

I just finish my MSc (think IE/HEC). I am now confronted with an important decision and would like to hear your (professional) advice on this matter. I received 2 offers:

a) M&A/Debt Advisory Intern at Altium Capital/Lincoln International
b) Corporate Coverage/Transaction Banking Intern at Société Générale/BNP Paribas/HSBC

Which position do you think it’s better for a future position at Greenhill/Lazard.... in Europe and latter on for an MBA (HSW...)?

Option a) is already M&A, but option B) is a more recognized “brand” and I might be able to move internally to the M&A department.

Appreciate any advice

Regards,
