Could I get an advice for my future career path?
I've just started working as an accountant in Johnson & Jonhson,
pretty young (just turned 21)
But I really want to get into area of investment banking.
Should I get a CFA or MSF?

If investment banking is your mid-term end game, MSF may help you. Ideally however, networking will be your #1 tool in this arena.
And the CFA will not help you much - the title is for investment and equity research, Asset Management roles, etc.
I think it would be really tough to start that career in let's say NYC for a foreigner:( or even impossible

Then why not try an different state, I had to when I moved to the states.
All traditional routes are off the table for you at this point.
Top MSF or MBA programs could help. CFA not so much, even if you want to break into some sort of investment analysis role it won't help as much as grad school.
You've basically missed the analyst-level boat. If you really want i-banking, you should set your eyes on an associate-level position following an MBA. MSF and CFA will be next to useless.
