CEO paid 5 times the compensation of COO?
Guys, I've been looking to invest in infosys for quite a while and i currently do have a small lot.
One of the few things (other than a bit unrealistic growth goal of becoming $20 billion Co. in the next 4 years ) that struck me was the disparity between compensation of CEO and the COO of the company.
Now, Vishal sikka joined about 2 years ago now and it was seen as an extremely good sign, and so was him making a few changes to the business model as soon as he too over. In all fairness, the stock hasn't really looked back since. It's currently trading at 150% of what it was then and is at an all time high.
Ive been sitting on this thought for quite a while and don't know what quite to make of it. Any thoughts?
