From what I'm told, you need work experience. 2-4 years is the sweet spot. It sounds like you'll have as good a chance as any, but remember there are fanastic MBA programs outside the top 3. Each with different personalities and specialties. Do a lot more research and choose the right one for you. I've seen way too many people become depressed simply because they 'only' got into Columbia. Don't be that guy.

 

there's not enough info here to give you a real answer. where is your undergrad ranked? a lot will hinge on your GMAT and you shouldn't assume a 730. what is your nationality (do you qualify as a URM)? is this a fund that has a history of placing students into HSW? just worry about taking the GMAT now if you have the time and kill it at your job. you should have a shot at m7 if you execute on the GMAT but you're no lock for HSW.
