Citadel first round interview...anyone been through it?

What should I expect? It's a 1 hour interview on campus. I go to a target, but I have no real quant background....any thoughts?..thanks

1/2 fit style, are you a leader? can you handle tough situations? what are you goals? etc
1/2 technical/brainteaser, brainteaser/explain X from your field of study if you have no finance background, more technical if you have experience (option theory questions, dice)
