Citadel Global Equities

Has anyone gone through Citadel's Global Equity interview process and could share some insights on structure / content? Happy to revert back to the group in a bit once my process has ended. Thanks!

Phone interview w/ HR, pretty basic and not technical. On-site: Meet with team members and this can vary from not very technical to extremely technical, it really depends on the group. For analysts, you also have a modeling test where you're put in a room with a computer (no internet connection), 10-q's and 10-k's, and recent transcripts for a company and told to model (3 statement, linked) and provide a write-up in 2 or 3 hours. You then pitch the stock in front of the team. Also for analysts, you're given a list of companies and asked to build a portfolio ahead of time. On interview day, they analyze your "portfolio" and evaluate your biases (value vs. growth, momentum, etc).

Are you interviewing for associate or analyst?
