Citadel ops internship vs boutique investment bank corporate access internship

Ok, so I have a bit of a dilemma. I have to choose between doing ops at Citadel vs corporate access at a small investment bank, and there are a lot of factors to consider. One---what will get me a more front office role? Obviously ops is BO, but what is corporate access considered? I call CFOs/CEOs/IR of corporations at the investment bank and try to schedule non deal road shows for our institutional salesmen, so maybe this is considered more of front office/sales-type work if I wanted to move into equity sales. Two--If they are both equally BO, then what should I take in terms of progressing my career? Citadel is obviously a bigger name, but maybe corporate access is viewed as a more desirable skill set. Also, the boutique bank said that after a year of corporate access analysts can often become institutional salespeople for the firm (don't know how truthful this is). Three--how much should pay factor into my decision? I will get paid 10 dollars per hour plus commission for the corporate access role, and the pay at Citadel I do not know yet. ANY ADVICE HELPFUL. Thanks homies.

Hmmm. Yeah idk maybe not at other firms, but what about within the same firm if that was what I was told during my interview? Or will they say anything during an interview hahahaha
