Citi Finance Hours

Recently got a FT offer for a Citi Finance Analyst position (3 year rotational program for undergrads). Wondering if anyone has worked there or knows what the culture is and what types of hours I would be looking at. I think this position would be considered either MO or BO (controller, treasury, FP&A, etc), but anyone who knows anything about hours, work-life balance, culture, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Snake Plissken

I worked for citi doing marketing, and its very hierarchical but social company. In terms of work/life balance, they are very understanding in back office at least. I know my boss used to work from home twice a week since she had two young children. I don't know much about finance, but its a great company to start your career in. Best of luck!
