Client Mapping Presentations
I always wondered what is other approach in creating client mapping exercise presentations:
I have a logic of criteria-region-country(-city)-client but then put the chosen prospects in the beginning of the presentation, while all the research is kept in the as appendix in case someone else wants to get into details of the research.
Never use too complicated charts or tables unless it helps in evaluation such as pie charts to show the diversification to different markets (gas/oil/refined etc..) or exposure to several suppliers.
Did anyone have a different successful (or unsuccessful) approach?
