I currently have an offer for an internship at the CME clearinghouse but recently received a request to interview in Valuation and Financial Opinions at SRR. Should I still do the interview? Not sure how the two compare in starting salaries for full-time analysts or about SRR as a firm as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to do IB? If so, don't take the CME offer. This all depends on your aspirations but the CME internship sounds like a black hole in operations whereas SRR gives you a shot at front office IB. I would take SRR given those options but you may have different motivations.
