What's your background?
Bonus each year? 75K base is normal for 1-2yr experience at many MMs.
I was told 15%-20%.
Anyone mind sharing what the typical bonus range (absolute amount or as % of base) is for research associates in year 1, 2 and 3?
I was told 15%-20%.
As a 4th year at BB in NYC, my buddy made $140 base + $40 bonus.
This is helpful – thanks!
That sounds really low for people in ER with todays market. Most associates are getting 85k as a first year and you are at 75k after two years experience? Time to either get a raise or lateral.
