Comprehensive list of non-URM BB sophomore programs?
So I've been digging around regarding BB sophomore programs, and it seems like there isn't really a solid list for non-URM BB programs anywhere. From what I've researched I have:
BAML:
Sophomore Rotational (5 weeks S&T and 5 weeks IBD)
BarCap:
Next Generation Sophomore Program (2 days)
BX:
M&A Sophomore Internship (possibly URM)
Citi:
Merit-based Sophomore Internship (10 weeks)
CS:
Merit-based Sophomore Internship (10 weeks)
GS:
Spring Securities (2 weeks)
Merit-based Sophomore Internship (10 weeks)
JPM:
Honors Program (10 weeks)
Spring Week (UK-only? 2 weeks)
MS:
Merit-based Sophomore Rotational (10 weeks)
Perella:
Sophomore Internship
UBS:
President's summer internship (8 weeks - 4 2 week rotations)
Sophomore Symposium (4 days)
*All "Merit-based" program are more-geared for URMs but aren't exclusively URM
Does anyone else have additions or a link to a consolidated list of these?
A little off-topic but does being white, jewish, etc. but coming from extremely an low income family count as URM?
JPM has a freshman/sophomore program. Know a few people who did that. GS has a sophomore program. BX apparently has a sophomore program but I think it's more URM-geared based on the profiles I've seen.

i've heard of/seen citi taking on sophomore ibd interns (i think it's entirely merit based, but they don't have a specific program i think).

To clarify - the JPM freshman/sophomore program is apparently both URM and merit-based. CS also has sophomore internships, I think merit-based. Bottom line is that if you are URM and applying to these programs, they might be more willing to take you.

GS is also URM-focused, though not advertised that way. Seems like this is true for most of these sophomore programs.
GS also has a spring IB program in the UK, I think their US program is S&T (they call it "securities") though
None of the programs listed in OP are "merit based". They are all programs targeted toward URMs/LGBT/Females, regardless of whether they explicitly state it, in addition to those with serious connections inside of the bank. For example, the MS rotational is almost 100% female with most also being black/hispanic. GS is almost all URM too. To add to your list, Barclays and DB also have sophomore programs that are URM focused.
I'm pretty sure Barclays has some programs as well

They take 1-2 every year, will pop up on their job board around October.
Barclays pretty much picked from Next candidates from their STEMS program so yea, it is partly URM

I do not believe there is an alternative entry point into IBD for sophomores, as my target school doesn't allow sophomores to apply.

However, I know their public finance investment banking group takes sophomores. Other than that, sophomores could not apply to BarCap IBD at my school.
BX M&A, PE Portfolio Ops, and BAAM all offer sophomore programs. As far as I can tell they are not focused on diversity, although I know that BAAM and PE Portfolio Ops put you into groups that 1) do not give return offers and 2) are not real, front-office, incredible work opportunities. Not sure about M&A, but I'm pretty sure a non-diverse person got in from Harvard.
It's important to note that BX Park Hill was recruiting sophomore summer interns at one point, and I believe that it was a completely separate program from the other BX sophomore programs.

Goldman Sachs appears to be diversity-focused in IBD sophomore recruiting, but merit-based in most other areas. They take sophomore applications for all groups. However, of the 20 sophomores GS IBD interviewed at my school, 19 were girls.
I know that most other groups take sophomores based on merit, including S&T, GSAM, GSIP, and SSG. I've never seen a sophomore intern with GIR before. The Federation openly takes sophomores and takes no consideration of diversity.
JP Morgan seems to be merit-based in IBD and openly takes sophomores even outside of its freshman/sophomore program.
I'm unsure about Morgan Stanley. The firm openly recruits diversity sophomores through its Richard Fisher program: http://www.morganstanley.com/about/careers/ischolarships_na.html
But it also separately accepted IBD and Institutional Equity applications from all sophomores. Could actually be merit-based.
No clue about UBS (which didn't recruit sophomores at my target for normal IBD or diversity) or Perella. I know for a fact that DE Shaw and Jane Street recruit sophomores for their investment programs. Apollo Global Management recruits sophomores for PE, and KKR recruits for its client and partner group.
