All I could suggest for this, rather aggressive, request is that you don't need to limit your options to only English speaking languages in Europe. The industry seems very international in Europe, so I believe a lot of business is done in English no matter where exactly you are, or at least they have positions for English speaking employees. But it will definitely help if you would learn more languages, such as German or French.

But seeing that you are more concerned about your personal requirements, that must be fulfilled, rather than being ready to do what's needed to be done, I am not sure whether your future employer will see the enthusiasm in you to trust you with any operations. I think for a start you should lower your expectations, be ready to work hard, and learn a new language or two.
