1) Move education down and your work experience up.

2) Your work experience is (understandably) written from the perspective of a scientist. However, chances are, a scientist will not read your resume, an HR professional or a consultant will. Re-tool your resume to make it easier for a non-scientist to read.

3) Under "leadership & extracurricular" you have what appears to be a consulting position. If this is the case, more it under work experience and put it first.
