Current state of Manhattan RE
Where is everyone looking for deals these days? From my point of view, I am seeing value in the affordable luxury market as well as value-add MF stuff in the least desirable neighborhoods of Manhattan. Can anyone comment on their recent NYC acquisitions activity?
You must be on some good shrooms if you see any value in NYC. I'll have what your having.
What I mean is from the 1000 deals I've seen these asset classes are the only two that have had any type of normal returns.
