Currently received offer for summer analyst: what to do for full time

Hello guys, I am junior in Penn, majoring in Engineering, with minors in Math.

For this summer, I have secured Equity Derivatives Trading position in Singapore, and I have a question regarding receiving full-time offer.

Well, I am mostly concerned with my gpa; every since coming to this school, my gpa has been constantly going down; I have multiple C in Accounting and some social sciences (psychology), and my overall gpa as of now is 3.1.

I have taken many Engineering & Math courses and overall gpa for them do not seem okay... around 3.3. I am worried because my gpa is continuously going down, and since I am overloading every semester (I am taking 6~7 courses per semester) I am worried that my gpa would go down lower than that... Is this going to be a problem when securing a full time offer during my summer internship opportunity?

I am going to work for one of the IBs, and I am currently assigned to Equity Trading... I think I was lucky with resume screening and I scored well in math/logic exams. I was not particularly good at the interview, but I did manage to answer the questions... Is my GPA going to be a huge problem? I am trying to get a full time offer in APAC, and from what I have heard, APAC puts huge emphasis on GPA.

Your respond is very much appreciated,
Cheers
