DB Operations interview

Does any one have any tips for DB Operations interview. I have a phone interview coming up soon. They have not mentioned any position specifically within the operations department though. Since I am a finance graduate, I guess it wont be in technology operations.
Thanks for finding the time. Any help is much appreciated.

Basically fit/behavioral

Greatest weakness? Strengths?

What makes you stand out/unique?

Accomplishments? Shortfalls?

How do you work in a team environment?

Why Deutsche? Why Operations?

Also, if you had previosu experience in a certain group (FX Derivatives...and they happen to be in that group, they may ask some questions off of that)

Good luck
