Dealing with Stress
Recently, I saw a post regarding dealing with anxiety and using it to your advantage. I found this article which talks about How To Keep Working Productively When You're Under Extreme Stress.
The techniques discussed in the article to manage stress are:
1). Identifying what is most important and scaling back on the unnecessary tasks at hand.
2). Letting go of perfectionism and just doing it.
3). Slowing down and enjoying the process.
4). Don't try to share stress around by telling others how busy you are.
5). Allowing yourself to take periodic breaks.
