Melody Capital Partners (Ex-UBS SSG Heads) Info/Insight?
Anyone have any insight into the kind of deals that Melody Capital does? Founded in 2012 by the former co-heads of UBS’s special sits teams. Looks like they do some private special sits/solutions-based financings for SME/corporates. Wonder if they do any traditional distressed investing/secondary market traded credit investments or going through restructurings?

They have the typical distressed credit schtik of "risk adjusted private loans" etc so wouldn't be wrong to assume they do traditional distressed / rx work.
Also using phrases like "novel financing" and "tailored legal docs" is usually indicative of the flexible financing solutions needed for distressed work. Just my thoughts from website, not sure if helpful
Direct lending fund, if something in their portfolio is being restructured, then they probably lost a lot of money on the name already
