Probably too late to be of any help.

I know based on my experience with E&F(I interned at one myself) we had individuals roll off into Hedge Funds(with serious networking of course). If you are talking about Yale/MIT/Princeton/Columbia I would actually take the E&F Especially Yale or MIT. But if its not, I would prioritize the BB ER role, you could utilize that one to leverage another ER or even an IB internship full-time role later. And for whatever reason people don't like to give E&F its due, great opportunities and money in that part of the industry especially higher up. People don't want to give them respect as investors. If that something that matters to you, that being having a reasonable reputation as an investor early in your career, then def do the BB ER.

I hope things work out for you!

I know one thing that I have noticed is that Investor and Research ranks for Analysts matter. They like to reference it when it comes to their abilities and effectiveness of stock picks. If you worked/under an Analyst who is a big deal, (even as an intern) that knowledge is invaluable, and could ultimately change the way you look at investing for the rest of your career! Its more of a mentor knowledge sharing perk as opposed to you getting a great rep (my bad for the ambiguity). But you shouldn't be afraid to say that you know someone. That Analyst could be an mentor for you in your career.
