Deloitte Human Capital vs. PwC Technology Advisory

Hi,

I recently received offers from Deloitte Human Capital and PwC Technology Advisory (New York office) for internships. I eventually want to go into management consulting/S&O. Which of the two would:

(a) be more impressive (resume-wise)
(b) be better preparation for management consulting
(c) have better exit ops into management consulting

Thanks!

Depends on some of the projects - but Deloitte HC has the opportunity for items like Organizational Designs, or doing Change Management on big restructurings that are being done by Deloitte S&O. Deloitte has a better reputation right now...so my personal belief is probably Deloitte HC. You can also end up doing business process improvement within an HR department, which is somewhat applicable (process mapping, working out a better process using whatever methodology).

Don't know enough about the tech side, but a lot seems to be closer to internal audit / assurance, with some strategy for the higher ups on the future of their IT infrastructure.
