Deloitte Summer Internship
I am from a non-target and participating in a Deloitte summer internship as a BTA. However, I would be a better fit for the BA program if I were to go full time because I have a business background and feel that their work is more in line with my skill set. Thus far I have received great reviews and I am wondering how I can use that to reposition myself for a BA spot when full time offers are handed out.

Start networking with the groups you feel you would fit in with better, ask managers/SC's you have been working with if they have connections in that are they can connect you with, etc.
