1) This resume should be condensed (more black on the page). Expand on your relevant work points and minimize the spacing. 2) I wold segregate your resume into 3 categories: Education, Relevant Work, and Volunteering/Extra Curricular. 3) Every resume you submit should be individually tailored to the job you're sending it to, which means there's no "one resume fits all." Make your relevant work experience connect to the tasks at hand in ER for an ER job, and same concept for a consulting job. 4) Unless you're applying for janitor, you can go ahead and nix the basic spanish skills hahah.

Further to the above points - there's no reason why you should have the activities/classes

The venture intern at startup accelerator should be brought above just interests if it is work experience

The spacing is too big between dotpoints, just go single spacing - it looks weird when you have one word hang on the bullet point

If you have spare space after this, make some bigger margins
