I was wondering what the difficulty of lateral interviews are? Are they about the same as coming out from school, slightly harder or significantly harder?
Let's say I am at a boutique not getting much exposure to the technical aspects of deals so obviously I would want to make a move, what should I expect throughout the process? Not sure if the guides would be enough or if I would want to look into other sources to try and learn more
