Do BBs have a set amount of hires from each superday? Or is this random?
I know that most BBs have multiple superdays. Do they hire X amount of people from each one, or is it possible that they could hire all from one or two superdays? If this were the case, would candidates at later superdays still have a chance, or would they essentially be showing up to a superday that does not really matter?
I meant to post this in the IB forum. Mods please delete. Sorry.
I feel like it's the latter, because I've heard that your chances are better if you go to an earlier superday. Similar to applying to b-schools in earlier rounds to "boost" your chances of admission
Yeah they have to estimate yield from superdays and if they underestimate the quality of the candidates in the first few superdays and hire more than they expected, then the later ones would have a tougher time (or be waitlisted)
earlier is pretty much always better

I meant to post this hear, but I accidentally posted it in the trading forum.

why not ask HR? these are the questions you should ask.
it depends. they could invite 25 people for 1-2 spots or 15 spots.
It really depends on how good the candidates are. If they want to only offer 3 on a given superday, but they have 5 outstanding candidates, they will offer all 5. But at the end of the day it comes down to openings.
