Do I jump ship?

All,

I wanted to get some advice

Currently work in MBB consulting as an industry specific researcher (back-office role) 1Y+1M - however, I have been predominantly been working as a front-office consultant role (client facing, staffed to teams) would say 80% of the time I've been here. Due to being hired into a BO role my salary isn't as great as my FO counterparts which wouldn't be an issue for me if I weren't doing FO hours the majority of the time.

I had decided that If I ever made the switch it would be to the industry I am tied to in an equity research role. Now that opportunity has come knocking at my door. Have received an offer from a non-elite boutique in London (ikes of Numis, Cenkos, Canaccord Genuity, Peel Hunt, Liberum). And I'm not sure whether I want to take it or stick around in MBB for another year or so.

MBB
+ve - Interesting work, serving the largest clients in my area
+ve - Fantastic perks
+ve - Fantastic trainings
+ve - The calibre of people I work with is impeccable
-ve - Salary in comparision
-ve - Internal barriers stop me from switching from BO to FO for 2-3 years

ER
+ Salary (~200% of my current total comp)
+ Building models - I'm a very quant based person
- Less travel
- Work possibly less interesting
- Less client facing

I'm torn as to whether I should jump ship now or wait another year or so? - I've only been out of school 1 year and have been at MBB that entire time so is it too early? - What are typical exit ops from ER from a non-elite boutique, past profiles I have seen have jumped to BB's but these individuals seem to be few and far. Prior to this opportunity I was also considering sticking it out more year and applying for an MBA at a US school.
