do i need to learn VBA/Python/SAS

my bachelor degree is in Interntaional Economics and Trade. i will go for a management master degree. Should i prepare CFA now or learn VBA/SAS/Python if i want to get the job doingindustry research in a security company or FA company and finally become a fund manager?

I personally know all three. If you want to get into trading, python is extremely helpful. SAS is also great to analyze market data. I don't know how widely used it is within finance, but just from using it in class I can see how beneficial it would be. As for VBA, my proficiency is limited although it is great for creating models. Knowing these skills can only increase your odds in my opinion at becoming a fund manager. It will help you analyze data better and ultimately earn better returns. Hope this helps!
