Had an MBB final round. When I asked for feedback after my last interview, was given a neutral-positive piece of feedback but then told that we could go over it further in "next steps" Seems to be a primer for rejection? Last interview definitely was also definitely the worst one of the day

you won't get any real feedback right after (meaning immediately, when you are still with the interviewer) the interview. Why would they ever do that?
If it was McK, we were generally thoughtful about providing helpful feedback to turn downs as well as to first rounds who were passed along to final round.
