Does someone here have EDGAR Online?
I need the latest 10-k for RTIX and it would be helpful to have it in PDF format, can someone grab it and email it to me please?
Thanks.

Just print the above link as pdf.
You can find the filings for any company, it's all publicly available info, see link below...

Thanks, I'm dumb.
cant anyone access edgar? lol
Apparently, good to know so I don't have to make the mistake of asking this. Thanks MBA ;)
FYI Companies will sometimes post PDF versions of their statements on their websites, these are often better-formatted than what you get from printing EDGAR to PDF (pages don't always line up perfectly).
I thought the post was a joke at first.
sec.gov (Edgar) Search for company filings Enter ticker symbol (you can also search for the specific filing that you are looking for - 10-q, 8-k, etc. you should familiarize yourself with the common filings)
I checked the company site for PDF, they didn't have one.
Here is a follow-up question:
Where can I find a list of precedent transactions in the health care industry, preferably companies between $15M & $250M Market Cap, and in the sub sector of Medical Appliances & Equipment?
I realize there might not be an recent ones, so any sub sector in that range would be helpful. If someone has access to a service that has that info I would really appreciate it.
precedent transactions are tough-data services like CapIQ and others are usually the best source. Within healthcare, the Walden Group publishes quarterly reviews of healthcare M&A that might help. You'll likely have to hunt down a lot of the details on your own.

FYI go to http://www.investorscopes.com if you ever need it in PDF format, so much nicer to search companies there, rather than digging through EDGAR lol
Very helpful, thanks.
