Doing MSc Finance At An Ivy League School (Help)

I am doing an undergrad in finance and economics in a university not worth mentioning in Europe but my dream is to live and work in the US as a trader/portfolio manager for a hedge fund or run my own.

General consensus is that all people who work in HF/IB are top ivy league graduates, most of the top hedge fund guys (Paulson, Cohen, Moore etc) graduated from ivy league schools.

How does one get admitted as an international student provided you have the money ?

Does it matter where you do undergrad ?

Is it just grades in undergrad, interview, letter of recommendation ? (I am not too familiar on the US system for MSc entry)

Can someone give me some direction on the process of getting admitted to one of these colleges I would greatly appreciate it.
