ECM (convertibles) vs Restructuring Consulting

Hi everyone,
Been a long time since I have last visited, but I'm really split on this decision. I've been working in Restructuring consulting at a good shop for a year now and have developed a good rep where I am. Senior guys like me, I'm towards the top of my class, and I'm up for promotion this winter. However, I recently got offered a spot in the convertibles group (in ECM) at a bulge bracket. It would be better pay, a more household name, and a new product to learn. My major concerns are: 1) I'm thinking about business school. I have yet to take the GMAT but I am scoring around a 710-720 on practice tests, and I feel like the consulting job might be a little better for b school (but could be wrong). I also think a quick promotion would look good (but I can't guarantee it). But on the other hand it would be great to learn a new product and make more money at a BB, even if I have to start over. Additionally, a combo of convertibles and RX could be interesting. What do you guys think? Thank you.
