The topics are learning, self-knowledge, cognitive dissonance, self-control, self-deception, memory, emotions, social norms, mental accounting, individual and group behavior, and some personality and psycho-analytic models. What do you guys think? Will it be of much use to me? I am a senior majoring in CS and math, already did macro, micro and game theory from econ.

 

I took a class just like what you described.

At the very least, I can't stress enough what a great talking point it was in interviews. Behavioral economics is gaining major traction, so everybody I spoke to loved the examples I used and my perspective on what aspects can be applied in the real world to trade more effectively.

Plus, I really enjoyed the class....
