Remove the periods on the first sentence of your first and second SA stints. It keeps things more consistent. I'd replace 'financial projection' with 'valuation' to make it sound more IB related. Add your CGPA to your degree.

But overall, I find your content super wordy - get to the point. Unless the purpose of writing things like 'industry leading conglomerate' was to avoid spelling it on WSO, why not just disclose the company? You've already disclosed your experiences at Accenture/PwC.

Check your grammar. What's the purpose of the 'in' in this sentence? "Analyzed and reviewed contracts, purchase orders and invoices in to find over-payments and duplicate-payments for a cost-reduction project at an industry leading telecommunications services provider from 2009 to 2012" Did you mean 'in order'?

Additionally, avoid acronyms that most won't understand. Most would know what a DCF is, but what the hell is an OEM?

There are more things I'd love to point out but fix those first. If your parents work in an unrelated field, show it to them and see if they can understand it at a glance. Recruiters (let alone consultants) don't want to take more than a minute to glance over your resume.
