Have an interview tomorrow in ER for specialty finance role. My research experience is mostly model based via DCF. It appears specialty finance has is more BV focused, which makes sense.
What valuation multiples are essentially in this industry? I am talking about REITs and Mortgage Banks.
Flake appears to be the go to guy here but if anyone else has any idea I'd appreciate it.
